RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please contact us within 24Hrs through our official email or whatsapp number mention on the website. Items can be returned within 5 working days of delivery. Please note that return request will not be processed if the item is “no longer needed”. All items must be returned in an original form (unused, unworn, original packaging, seals, and tags attached along with all the accessories), manuals, and warranty card that if came with it. All returned items sent for quality check to ensure they are returned in the original condition. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, the company has right to reverse it back.
You may cancel the order before your order is dispatched. For order cancellation please call our helpline at 0313-1818126. Or through whatsapp.
What is the process of returning an item?
If you confirmed that your order is manipulated and the item delivered to you is not booked by you, you can initiate a return request by calling our helpline at 0313-1818126. Our customer service team will guide about the return procedure.
Note: Items that is being used then return or the change of mind is not acceptable.
The customer will pay the returning shipping charges.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Store Credit: Within 1-2 business days after quality check
Bank Deposit: Within 7-12 business days after quality check
Credit Card Reversal: Within 1-3 business days after quality check

What will happen if my return request is not approved?
If you return request is not approved we will inform about the reason. Your product will be sent back to you without any shipping charges.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@elli.pk and we will send your item to your mentioned address after quality check.
